This year, SCL Health has partnered with RedBrick Health to create the 2017 health and well-being incentive program, which offers a better online experience, enhanced support to help you reach your health goals, and more money for you and your family.

2017 Incentive Program Overview
Benefits-eligible associates* have the opportunity to earn up to $750 annually in rewards for participating. Plus, if your spouse/Legally Domiciled Adult (LDA) is enrolled in an SCL Health medical plan, he or she is also eligible for up to $750 in rewards! That’s potentially $1,500 that you and your covered spouse/LDA could earn in 2017 for taking positive steps in your health and well-being journey!
- Step 1 – AWARENESS – Earn $250 for completing the RedBrick COMPASS health assessment AND a biometric health screening. Both activities are required to earn any other rewards.
- Step 2 – HEALTHY RESULTS – Earn an additional $100 for healthy biometric outcomes OR for completing a 15-minute Next-Steps Consult Call (if applicable) through a RedBrick coach.
- Step 3 – HEALTHY ACTIVITIES – Earn up to $400 in gift card rewards** to many major retailers by completing additional healthy activities through the RedBrick Health portal.

Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) Rewards
HRAs have been established for all associates enrolled in an SCL Health medical plan. This will allow earned Awareness and Healthy Results rewards for both you and your covered spouse/LDA (if applicable) to be deposited into your HRA on a tax-free basis. Associates not enrolled in an SCL Health medical plan will earn gift card rewards** instead.

Real-time Gift Card Rewards
Healthy Activities rewards will be paid out via gift card rewards** to your choice of several major retailers. Once you have completed your health assessment and health screening tasks, gift cards are redeemable the moment you complete the healthy activity — or you can save them up and redeem them later. It’s up to you!
